Privacy, in plain language.
This policy covers cornerstonecapitalandconsulting.com and the Cornerstone Systems store at store.cornerstonecapitalandconsulting.com. The short version: we collect only what you hand us, we use it only to answer you and deliver what you bought, and we sell none of it. Effective 29 August 2026.
What we collect, and when
The contact form asks for your name, email address, company, topic, and message. The free field-test signup asks for your email address only. Both forms are delivered to our inbox by Formspree, which processes the submission on our behalf. A purchase from the Cornerstone Systems store is processed entirely by Stripe: your card details go to Stripe, never to us. We receive your name, email address, and a record of what you bought, which is what lets us re-send a lost download link. Email you send us stays in our mailbox like any correspondence.
What we deliberately do not do
No advertising trackers. No analytics cookies. No social media pixels. No selling, renting, or trading of personal data, to anyone, for any reason. The site sets no cookies of its own and leaves your browser's storage untouched. The Cornerstone Systems tools themselves run as local files on your machine and send nothing anywhere.
What happens automatically
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, and its content delivery network keep standard server access logs, the same request records nearly every website generates, which include IP addresses and are used for security and uptime. Page typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when a page opens. Neither of these is under our editorial control; both run under their providers' own policies.
How long we keep things, and your say over it
Form submissions and email live in our mailbox until they are no longer needed for the conversation they belong to. Purchase records persist so that your download access does. If you want to know what we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email info@cornerstonecapitalandconsulting.com from the address in question and it will be handled directly, without a form, a portal, or a wait.
The processors we rely on
Four, each doing one job: Stripe for payments, Formspree for form delivery, Hostinger for hosting and content delivery, and Titan for email. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to provide its service to us.
Changes, and who to talk to
